It is my great honor to assume the role of Chairman of the Japan Information Engineering Trade Center　(JIET).
Above all else, I extend my heartfelt appreciation to all past Chairpersons, executives, and member companies who have contributed to the growth and development of this association. Through your unwavering dedication, JIET has evolved into one of Japan’s largest IT industry organizations, with 11 regional branches across the country and 3 international branches.
Throughout my career, I have remained actively engaged at the forefront of system development, devoting myself to the mission of connecting “technology,” “people,” and “businesses.” Building on this experience, I am fully committed to enhancing the value of our association and supporting the development of all our member companies.
The slogan I have adopted as Chairman is:
“For the Growth of Our Member companies and the Industry.”
This slogan reflects a spirit not of competition but in collaboration—a belief in coexistence and co-prosperity. Even if there is a limit to a single company, The possibilities are infinite if there is a power of connection. I am firmly convinced of this potential and will take tangible steps to realize it.

As Chairman, I will prioritize the following three initiatives:
1. Reinforcement of Existing Business Activities
We will deepen our understanding of the practical needs of member companies, particularly in the System Engineering Services (SES) sector, and work to create more meaningful and productive business opportunities. Embracing the philosophy, “First and foremost, make a connection” we will actively facilitate business matching opportunities and promote this culture across the broader IT industry.
2. Creating Opportunities in New Business Domains
We will support member companies in exploring new frontiers, including AI, software package development, lab-based outsourcing models, and robotics. By fostering collaboration with leading-edge companies and organizations and providing educational programs such as seminars and workshops, we will drive innovation across the industry.
3. Enhancement of Domestic and International Collaboration
We will strengthen our international partnerships, particularly in South Korea and Southeast Asia, to build a global network that connects the “technical excellence” and “integrity” of Japanese companies with the “innovation” and “global vision” of world companies.

Although I am in the position of the chairman of the board, I will continue to walk together as a manager of my company, and a member of JIET, listening closely to your worries and thoughts from the same perspective.
